We charge flat rate shipping charges an all orders:

Orders shipping to the United States - $20.00
Orders shipping Internationally - $30.00

We also offer a complimentary pick-up option for our customers in Victoria, Canada.
At check-out fill in your address, and then select the in-store pick-up option. Please allow us 24-72 hours to have your item(s) ready for pick-up.
You will receive an email when your order is available. Orders can be picked-up at 560 Johnson Street Suite 104A or 2250 Oak Bay Avenue Suite 201 in Victoria BC.
We use Canada Post for all orders within North America and the estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days.
We do not offer any express or alternate shipping methods at this time.

Returns for Purchases Made at Violette Boutique (Brick and Mortar Locations in Victoria, Canada):
Exchange or return for in-store credit within two weeks of purchase. The original receipt or a gift receipt must be presented.
Items purchased as holiday gifts can be exchanged until January 14th, 2024.

We hope you love your order but we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out as planned. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it to us for exchange or a full refund less any shipping charges. Returns must be delivered to us within 15 days of the date you received the item. Any items received after this time may be subject to a restocking fee. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any items returned after 30 days.
To make a return, contact us to request a return authorization. Please include the order number and item(s) you wish to return.
Returned goods must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or you may not be eligible for refund. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.
We cannot accept returns shipped without a return authorization number.
